Searching the Web with RSS in WordPress
RSS is an acronym for Really Simple Syndication, Rich Site Summary, or Ready for Some Stories. RSS is a simple XML tool that was originally created to help people syndicate and share updated content from their Web sites. It’s a streamlined way for you to get the content that you want all in one place – a feed reader – without visiting Web sites hoping for updated information.
I have downloaded the RSS from below link,
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/feedlist/
Then, I found out there is no plugin tab in WordPress. After googling myself, I have found out that there is a difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.
WordPress.org is free blogging software while WordPress.com is different. You do not have to download software, pay for hosting or manage a web server
You can’t use plugins on WordPress.COM. You can use plugins on WordPress.ORG. If your blog is not hosted at WordPress.COM.
So here is my Worpress.com now, with no RSS.
Have ever try Joomla? It is in my list now.
